The St. Johns Youth Athletic Association is offering The Flight Program again in 2024 for 5th – 8th grade boys and girls. The Flight Program is open to all interested athletes entering 5th- 8th grade. The program is focused on speed, agility, and strength training. The program will be led by Hayden Dyer with the help from some of the high school coaches and players. The program will run from June 17th to August 8th, with 4th of July week being off. Workouts will be held at the high school weight room.
7th/8th grade – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9-10:30 am
5th/6th grade – Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30-12
