OE/SJ Takes On Dewitt in First Ever Lacrosse Game at SJHS

The Ovid Elsie – St. Johns Girls Varsity Lacrosse team hosted the first ever lacrosse game at St. Johns High School Thursday night. Strong winds couldn’t stop the action, both teams played hard with Dewitt taking control of the game early. SJ/OE found their groove late in the game, including the last two scores of the game by Laura Schloegl. In the end, Dewitt was too strong but it was great to have lacrosse in St. Johns. We can’t wait for the first boys game.
