2nd Straight Regional Championship For Redwings, Joey Bowman wins Individual Title

The St. Johns Redwing boys cross country team put on a dominant performance on a muddy course in Dewitt yesterday, to capture their second straight Regional Title! The win qualifies the team for a trip to the Michigan Speedway for the D2 State Finals! The Redwings had five runners inside the top 11, including Regional Champion, Joey Bowman!
Equally impressive, the Redwing girls team finished 5th, with five sophomore’s on the team. Clara Fletcher, the teams top finisher, place fourth and has also qualified for the State Finals! Go Redwings!
